Fishers of Men Seafood Market
Located in the same building location as Eden’s Gate Restaurant & Catering, this seafood market offers lobster, scallops, mussels, bar clams, soft shelled clams, shrimp, haddock, sole, salmon, halibut, arctic char, snow crab, trout, hake, oysters and cod.
Seafood 2000 Ltd. has live lobster available for walk-ins between May 1-June 30 and then again Mid July–late November. (Otherwise, all orders must be made in advance with the exception of the above note for live lobster walk-ins).
W&R Fisheries offers cod, flounder, hake, lobster, silversides, mackerel, herring and clams.
With so many beautiful views around Georgetown, visitors and residents alike love going for walks in the gardens and along the waterfront. Pick up a copy of our Historic Walking Tour at the Town Hall or Kings Playhouse. Visit all of our five look-outs. Stroll through our A.A. Macdonald Memorial Gardens, visit our one of a kind Gigantic Ship’s Wheel hand crafted by local artisan, Tim Mair. In the mornings, you can visit the Mair Family Museum.
You can even park your car on the waterfront and walk.
We recommend taking in a sunset at West St. Beach’s – Veteran’s Landing. It will take your breath away!
